Why do people take this supplement?

Our Multivitamin Tablets with Iron are commonly included in supplement routines for:

• Supporting general wellbeing as part of a balanced lifestyle

• Providing a broad range of essential vitamins and minerals to support daily nutritional intake

• Contributing to normal energy-yielding metabolism and reducing tiredness and fatigue

• Supporting the normal function of the immune system, bones and cognitive function

Multivitamins are often used as a convenient way to help support daily nutrient intake, particularly when diet and lifestyle may not always provide everything the body needs.

This formula provides 23 vitamins and minerals, including key nutrients such as vitamins A, C, D and zinc, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin D and vitamin K support the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, while iodine and magnesium contribute to normal cognitive function.

Iron is included at 14mg per serving and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, as well as the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin. B vitamins, alongside nutrients such as biotin and chromium, contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, helping the body convert food into energy.

When should I take this supplement?

Many people prefer taking Multivitamin tablets with food and a glass of water as part of their daily routine. Taking them at the same time each day can help build consistency.

This supplement can be taken in the morning or during the day with some food, depending on personal preference.

Can I take this with other supplements?

Multivitamins can often be taken alongside other supplements as part of a balanced routine.

As this product already contains a broad range of nutrients, it's important to be mindful not to double up on the same vitamins and minerals, particularly fat-soluble vitamins such as A and D, or minerals like iron and zinc.

If you are taking medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure, we recommend speaking with a healthcare professional before use.

How should I take this?

This supplement should be taken as shown on the product label, with water and preferably with food.

Just one tablet per day provides a convenient way to support your daily nutrient intake.

Some customers who find tablets difficult to swallow choose to crush them and mix them into foods such as yoghurt or smoothies. However, we always recommend following the serving suggestion on the label where possible.

Fillers or bulking agents?

We keep our formulas as clean, natural and affordable as possible.

This product includes microcrystalline cellulose, calcium carbonate and a small amount of magnesium stearate, which are used to help ensure tablets are formed consistently and that each serving delivers the correct amount of active ingredient.

Silicon dioxide is used in very small amounts to help prevent powders from clumping together during manufacturing. The tablet coating uses hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, a plant-derived material.

These ingredients make up less than 1% of the overall formula and are used to support quality, consistency and accurate dosing.
