Thiamine (B1), Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 each contribute to the normal function of the nervous system, normal psychological function and normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and Vitamin B12 additionally contributes to normal red blood cell formation and normal homocysteine metabolism. New Leaf Products ALA Complex Capsules bring these B vitamins together with Alpha Lipoic Acid, which is included as part of the formulation.

When should I take this supplement?
B vitamins are water-soluble, so they can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. Many people prefer taking them in the morning or with breakfast, since B vitamins are linked to energy metabolism and some people find them more stimulating if taken later in the day.
Can I take this with other supplements?
This product provides very high percentages of the Reference Intake for Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12. If you are currently taking other supplements or any medication, or have an existing health condition, speak with your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before adding anything new. This product is not suitable for anyone under the age of 18.
How should I take this?
Take two capsules per day with a glass of water, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Fillers or bulking agents?
The capsule shell is made from Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC). The formula also contains Microcrystalline Cellulose as a bulking agent and Magnesium Stearate as an anti-caking agent.
What does each serving contain?
Each daily serving of two capsules provides: Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 25mg (2273% RI), Vitamin B6 8mg (571% RI), Vitamin B12 400µg (16,000% RI), and Alpha Lipoic Acid 600mg. RI = Reference Intake.
