When should I take this supplement?
One gummy a day, best taken with food and a glass of water — Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 are fat-soluble, so a meal with some fat can support normal absorption. This supplement is not suitable for children under 5.
Can I take this with other supplements?
If your child already takes a multivitamin or another supplement containing calcium, Vitamin D or Vitamin K, check the combined daily totals before adding this product, and speak to a healthcare professional if unsure.
How should I take this?
Give your child one gummy per day, preferably with food, chewed thoroughly. Always supervise younger children while taking gummies. Do not exceed the stated daily serving.

These gummies are made without artificial colours or artificial flavours. The full ingredient list is: Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Water, Tricalcium Phosphate, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Acid (Citric Acid), Natural Flavour, Acidity Regulator (Trisodium Citrate), Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7), Coconut Oil, Maltodextrin, Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Glazing Agent (Carnauba Wax). Pectin and Carnauba Wax give the gummies their shape and finish; Maltodextrin carries the Vitamin D3.
