Do our supplements contain fillers or bulking agents?Updated 2 months ago

We aim to keep our formulas as clean, natural and affordable as possible.

Some of our supplements include very small amounts of supporting ingredients such as microcrystalline cellulose, brown rice flour or magnesium stearate. These ingredients help ensure tablets and capsules are manufactured consistently and that each serving contains the correct amount of active ingredient.

For example:

Microcrystalline cellulose helps keep ingredients evenly distributed so each tablet contains the correct amount of active ingredient. It is a natural plant fibre derived from plant cell walls and is widely used in foods and supplements to help tablets form consistently.

Brown rice flour is simply finely milled rice. This acts as a natural bulking agent that helps ensure powders are distributed evenly and capsules are filled accurately. Because it comes from rice, it’s a clean and familiar food-based ingredient often used in supplement manufacturing.

Magnesium stearate is a compound made from magnesium and stearic acid, a fatty acid naturally found in foods such as olive oil, cocoa and avocados. It is commonly used in supplements to help prevent ingredients from sticking to equipment during manufacturing and to keep powders flowing smoothly.

These ingredients are used in very small amounts (typically less than 1% of the overall formula) and are included purely to support quality, consistency and accurate dosing.

Our focus is always on creating supplements that are simple, transparent and easy to incorporate into your daily routine, using ingredients that help deliver reliable products without unnecessary additives.
