In this formula we use Lion’s Mane fruiting body extract, which comes from the visible mushroom itself rather than the underground root structure (mycelium). This is the part of the mushroom most commonly used in supplements.
The formula also includes black pepper extract. Black pepper naturally contains a compound called piperine, which is commonly included in supplement formulations that contain botanical extracts.

When should I take this supplement?

In this product, a small amount of microcrystalline cellulose is used to help ensure tablets are filled consistently and that each serving delivers the correct amount of active ingredient.
Microcrystalline cellulose helps keep ingredients evenly distributed so each tablet contains the correct amount of active ingredient. It is a natural plant fibre commonly used in foods and supplements to help tablets form consistently.
The formula also contains a small amount of magnesium stearate. Magnesium stearate is a compound made from magnesium and stearic acid, a naturally occurring fatty acid found in foods such as coconut oil and cocoa butter. In supplement manufacturing it is used in very small amounts to help prevent ingredients from sticking to equipment during production. This helps ensure tablets are produced consistently and that each serving contains the correct amount of active ingredient.
Magnesium stearate is widely used across the supplement and food industry and is considered safe for use in the small amounts used in tablet production.
These ingredients make up less than 1% of the overall formula and are used to support quality, consistency and accurate dosing.
What does each serving contain?
Each daily serving provides:

• 10mg Black Peppe, derived from 1mg of a 10:1 extract
A 15:1 extract means 15 parts of the original mushroom are used to produce 1 part of concentrated extract. This allows a smaller tablet to deliver a more concentrated form of the mushroom.
