Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed. During this time, you can manage your order directly after checkout or through the order confirmation email you receive or by reaching out to our support team.

Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel orders once the 30-minute window has passed.
