If your order has been marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, don’t worry there are a few things worth checking first.

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the courier may have left the parcel in a safe place. Please check around your property, including any porches, sheds, or designated safe locations.

It’s also a good idea to check with neighbours or building management, as parcels are sometimes accepted on your behalf.

Please double-check the shipping address in your order confirmation email to make sure the parcel was sent to the correct location.

Occasionally, parcels can be marked as delivered slightly before they arrive, so it may still turn up later the same day. If you're order hasn't arrived after 24 hours we'll be here to help
